  • Ryan
    Kelly Ryan, DC, CCSP, SFMA certified, CFSC
    Clinic Director, Doctor of Chiropractic

    Dr. Kelly Ryan is a 3rd generation chiropractor. He grew up in Anchorage, Alaska and graduated from Robert Service high school in 2000. He graduated in 2008 from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and began working for Community Chiropractic Clinic shortly after. As the clinic director, Dr. Kelly is responsible for the general operations and direction of patient care within the office. Dr. Kelly's patient care focuses on evidenced based practices and protocols and uses a variety of techniques including manual force adjusting (Diversified techniques), Impulse instrument based adjusting, extremity adjustments, sports taping, soft tissue work (including instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation and FAKTR©), McKenzie© (MDT) therapy, exercise injury/rehab and nutritional counseling. Dr. Kelly (as he is referred to in the office) aims to empower patients in taking charge of their health while treating them for their complaints.

    He was elected as Vice President of the Alaska Chiropractic Society in 2012 and is currently still serving on that executive board as well as the board of the International Gallery of Contemporary Art (IGCA). Dr. Ryan was certified for instrument assisted adjusting by Neuromechanical innovations in 2011 and became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician© (CCSP©) in 2016. In 2018 Dr. Ryan expanded his knowledge of soft tissue and movement even further and became a certified FAKTR© provider and SFMA certified practitioner. In 2019, he completed his Certified Functional Strength Trainer certification to provide functional strength training as part of his rehabilitation. He is a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters and enjoys spending time with his little brother. Dr. Kelly's hobbies include camping, fishing, sports, computer building, volunteer work and art.

    Peter Ryan, DC
    Doctor of Chiropractic

    Dr. Peter Ryan was born and raised in Davenport, IA, the birthplace of chiropractic. He graduated cum laude from St. Ambrose University with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts. An accomplished artist, Dr. Ryan studied abroad his senior year with the German master painter professor Manfred Schatz. Dr Ryan attended Palmer College of Chiropractic and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in February of 1998. While in school he was active in Palmer chorus and sports injury clubs. He is married to his lovely wife Sheri and has two wonderful children, Holley and Connor. He enjoys drawing, painting, weightlifting, and martial arts. He is also an avid Star Trek fan and is fascinated by military aircraft.Dr. Ryan is passionate about chiropractic and the ability it has to affect patient's lives in positive ways.

  • Langford
    Christian Langford, DC
    Doctor of Chiropractic

    Dr. Langford is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2003. In 1999, he completed his undergraduate degree in biology and sports medicine rehab (with emphasis on hockey, basketball, and volleyball) at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. In addition to his education, Dr. Langford has worked as a post surgical neuromuscular re-education and rehab therapist. His area of chiropractic technique focus includes Gonstead, Diversified, sports and athletic taping, neuromuscular re-education, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.In his free time, Dr. Langford enjoys swimming, white water kayaking, mountain biking, and snowboarding. He is excited to be a part of the team of professionals at Community Chiropractic Clinic and looks forward to serving his community.

  • Krichbaum
    Charles Krichbaum, DC

    Dr. Krichbaum graduated from the Ohio State University in 1976 with a Bachelors of Science in Zoology. He graduated from Western States Chiropractic College 1981. He has been in practice in Anchorage since 1982 and has served as a past president of the Alaska Chiropractic Society, Chairman of the Alaska Chiropractic Society Peer Review Board, Chairman of the Society Public Relations Committee and was voted Alaska Chiropractor of the Year in 1987. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the International Chiropractic Association Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics and the Alaska Chiropractic Society. In practice, Dr. Krichbaum has used a variety of techniques and has over 20 years experience with computerized adjusting instruments. He currently is using the PulStar FRAS instrument in his practice alongside other techniques including the drop table and Pierce. In his free time he enjoys serving in his community, serving various roles in his church, motorcycling, spending time with his wife Becky and traveling to visit his daughter's family in Georgia.
